The definition of therapy is the treatment intended to relieve or heal a disorder.
Our current social culture is built around achievement, always needing to be on top of things, forgetting how
important good wholesome sleep & rest can be on our systems. Stress compounds over time leading to many illnesses and
disorders, which can be alleviated through shifting our habits and practicing deep rest for our overall health.

Sound Journey

We all know the healing effect that sound has on us, how calming it is to hear birds chirping while a gentle breeze rustles through the trees, or how hypnotising it is watching and hearing wood crackling in the fire, or how harmonising it is to watch waves crashing.

A sound journey replicates the randomness of nature’s sounds. Each instrument played carries the listener into a dream like state, its in this dream like state that the participant feels calm allowing them to go deeper into their relaxing mind.

All participants are encouraged to bring their own bedding to be as comfortable as possible. Sessions last an hour, for more event details, click on the link below.

  • A deep state of rest, sometimes feeling as if it was a full nights rest.
  • Dreams are more vivid days after a sound journey.
  • Physical healing, some have claimed that small areas of discomfort have shifted or disappeared for a few days after a sound journey such as shoulder pain, knee pain & back pain.

Toning Circle

Group singing has been scientifically proven to lower stress, relieve anxiety, and elevate endorphins.

When you sing, musical vibrations move through you, altering your physical and emotional landscape. Group singing, for those who have done it, is the most transformative of all.
